Explore with me The Lion City aka SINGAPORE

If there’s anything you should know about me, it’s this: I love to travel, And yes this was my first trip to Singapore or I must say my first trip to Abroad .

So, when I recently visited the Singapore , you can say I fell in love.

Singapore ,  being one of the most prominent cities in the world, will provide you with a different kind of experience from the one you could expect in other Asian countries.

Here are some of the facts you should know before planning your visit to Singapore
Language mostly spoken : Most locals are bilingual – proficient in English and either Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.

Currency: The Singaporean dollar (SGD) is the currency of choice here. Currently, 54 in Indian Rupee will get you $1.33 in Singapore dollars.

Climate: Temperatures in Singapore are consistent all year. Typically, on any given day, you will see temperatures between 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) to 89 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius). The humidity level is high; the country sees an average of 167 days of rain per year, so bring that umbrella!

Budget To Consider : When you’re budgeting for your trip here, keep in mind that Singapore is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. Singapore is expensive so expect to spend the same as you would
in a big American or European city.

While Singapore is a small country, there is still a lot to see. Just 31 miles wide and 17 miles long, Singapore has a remarkable amount of must-see neighborhoods like Little India, Bugis, Chinatown, Marina Bay, the Financial District, and Sentosa Island. Which I will taking you with me as we go ahead.
Public Transport: The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is an easy and affordable way to get around Singapore. The price of tickets depends on where you are going and generally runs around SGD 4 (USD 3). If you are planning to explore as much of the city as possible, the Singapore Tourist Pass can be a great deal. It gives you unlimited travel for a set period.

Taxi: An app called Grab is popular here, and the ride prices are cheaper than what a traditional taxi ride would cost. It works just like Uber, which is being phased out in Singapore. While there are a ton of taxis all over the city, they charge peak rates after 6 p.m., so it can get expensive quickly.

Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is a traveler’s dream! The country has an impressive public transportation network that will take you anywhere you wish to go.
To save cash and time, I’d recommend checking out the Singapore Tourist Pass. It gives you unlimited travel for as long as you wish. A one-day pass is $10 SGD ($7.50 USD), a two-day pass is $16 SGD ($12 USD) or you can get a three-day pass for $20 SGD ($15 USD).
While the MRT is great, sometimes it can also be more convenient to just hop in a car. However, taxis are pricey in Singapore, and Uber is no longer a thing.
So, download the app, Grab, before you go. It works just like Uber, and it’s a local must-have app!

Now let's me take you the must exploring places around:
GARDENS BY THE BAY: The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park spanning 101 hectares in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. Their are multiple light and sound shows which are key highlight to attend at this super gorgeous place.

MARINA BAY SANDS:If you have ever seen pictures of Singapore, you have likely seen shots of the Marina Bay Sands hotel in the city’s scape. This place is easily one of the most famous hotels in Asia, if not the world. NOTE: If you want to swim in their rooftop infinity pool, you need to be a guest.

CHINA TOWN:Chinatown's maze of narrow roads includes Chinatown Food Street, with its restaurants serving traditional fare like Hainanese chicken rice, noodles and satay. Souvenir shops and indie boutiques dot the area, offering clothes, crafts and antiques, while Club Street is full of trendy wine bars.

HAJI LANE Haji Lane is in the Kampong Glam neighbourhood of Singapore. Young people frequent the shophouses along this lane for the independent fashion boutiques and Middle Eastern cafes. Haji Lane got its name because of the businesses here and it's an amazing shopping hub , also you will find very cool party places/pubs here.

UNIVERSAL STUDIO:theme park located within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore. It features 28 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones. It was a key component of Genting's bid for the right to build Singapore's second integrated resort , basically a mini Singapore and a must visit.

S.E.A Aquarium: S.E.A. Aquarium, and it stands for Southeast Asia, but you get the drift. Located in Sentosa, which is the popular island resort in Singapore, the aquarium is very easy to get to via mass transit.

CASINO & MUSEUM: one of the best casinos in Singapore. Though the minimum bets for live games here depend on the table, they will always start from a minimum of S$25.

EMERALD STREET:Emerald Hill is a neighbourhood and a conservation area located in the planning areas of Newton and Orchard in Singapore. Former home to many members of the city-state's wealthy Peranakan community, it is located near Orchard Road.

ORCHARD ROADOrchard Road is Singapore’s retail heart, with discount outlets, department stores and upscale boutiques, alongside luxury hotels. Emerald Hill Road is a mix of colorful Chinese baroque houses and casual pubs, while al fresco bars and eateries can be found along nearby Cuppage Terrace.

SINGAPORE FLYER : The Singapore Flyer is a giant observation wheel at Downtown Core, Singapore

NIGHT LIFE IN SINGAPORE: The best nightlife in Singapore is centered around the city center, meaning that you can quite easily have a slap-up meal on Club Street in Chinatown, head to Marina Bay for a cocktail (whilst lapping up the view), and then end up dancing the night away at Clarke Quay – all in the same evening.

In short visiting Singapore is a best ever experience and it's definitely one of my favourite destinations of all time .

Hope it helps!!
Have a wonderful Visit :)

And guys, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to prance around my own film set without getting smacked in the eye with a selfie stick.

Below, I’ll share with you some wonderful things to do in Tarragona, with a little something for everyone, from history nerds and foodies to sunshine seekers in want of bronzing. Enjoy!
